You use the GK status code to enter a confirmed ghost segment or GL for a waitlisted ghost segment. When a flight segment is confirmed from a source other than the Amadeus System, you can enter it into the PNR as a ghost segment so you can maintain a passenger's complete itinerary and price the segments.
